Wow The Wau

Wow the Wau! is an android based application content aimed to present the traditional game of Malaysia named Wau. the research study are to educate people on the history and myth of Wau; to promote the uniqueness and classiness of Malaysia traditional game Wau through mobile game; to preserve the value of traditional game Wau concordance with the evolving of digital game technology worldwide; and to sustain Wau as the national symbol.

Project Overview:

The overall execution of this Wau mobile game highlight five main stages covering planning, game design, game development, testing and deployment. The research and the mobile game development on Malaysian traditional game Wau could be seen as a breakthrough in digital technology as it is yet to be produced and made available on popular digital platforms market especially as game design. The game design and the gameplay mechanics of Wow the Wau! innovates original and creative gameplay allowing a new set of experience people would learn and enjoy inspired by local origins. As a result, this application could play its massive role in preserving and sustaining Wau traditional and historical values that contain a sentimental and unique identity. Hence, the efforts and actions taken through this creative and innovative development as well as gameplay mechanics will be able to drive effective learning on this subject matter.
